Fixed fares on scheduled intercity routes

Starting prices for advance-booked private transfers between Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Dnipro. Every confirmed quote lists the vehicle class, known charges, waiting allowance, cancellation terms and any conditional fees before you approve it.

Prices are per vehicle, one way, in UAH, and include luggage assistance and route coordination. Night departures, extra stops and additional waiting time are quoted separately. A lower vehicle class is never substituted at a higher known charge.

Two classes, both quoted before you confirm

Every quote shows the class, the known charge for your route, the waiting allowance and the cancellation terms. Trips are scheduled in advance, and a class substitution needs your agreement in writing.

Class I

Executive Sedan

For one or two travellers on long runs such as Kyiv to Lviv, with luggage stowed and confirmed at booking.

03 — How it works

Advance scheduling in three steps

Every transfer is booked ahead of time. You know the vehicle class, the price and the pickup hour before anything is confirmed.

  1. Request the route

    Send pickup and drop-off cities, date, time and passenger count. Add luggage pieces and any child seat needs so the vehicle matches the load.

  2. Confirm the quote

    We reply with the vehicle class, known charges, waiting allowance and cancellation terms. The transfer is scheduled only after you approve in writing.

  3. Travel on schedule

    The driver arrives ahead of the agreed hour, helps with luggage and follows the coordinated route to the destination city.

04 Included

What every scheduled transfer includes

One confirmed price covers the vehicle, the driver and the route coordination. Nothing is added after confirmation unless you request it in writing.

  • Thirty minutes of driver waiting time at pickup
  • Luggage assistance from door to boot
  • Route coordination and scheduled rest stops
  • Tolls and parking on the quoted route
  • Vehicle class substitution only with your written agreement

  • Advance booking only; we do not dispatch on demand

Departures between 22:00 and 05:00 are confirmed individually. Routes over 700 km are quoted with a second driver. A vehicle class substitution happens only with your agreement and never at a higher known charge.
