Sample one-way fares for scheduled private transfers. Every quote states the vehicle class, known charges, waiting allowance and cancellation terms before you confirm.

Fares are starting prices for advance-booked transfers. Departures between 22:00 and 06:00, extra stops, and waiting beyond the 30-minute allowance are quoted separately and appear on the confirmation.

Vehicle classes and their limits

The class is fixed when you book and repeated in the written confirmation, together with passenger count, luggage allowance and any conditional fee. Substitution to another class only happens with your agreement, never at a higher known charge for a lower class.

Class A

Executive Sedan

The standard choice for one or two travellers with checked baggage on Kyiv–Lviv, Kyiv–Odesa and Kyiv–Dnipro runs.

Executive Minivan

Chosen for families and small teams. The third row stays free for luggage when six passengers travel.

Coordinated two-vehicle transfer

For 7 to 16 passengers we schedule two vehicles on the same departure window, with one route coordinator and combined luggage assistance at both ends.

Charges agreed before the car moves

Every scheduled transfer is quoted per vehicle, not per passenger. The list below shows what is already inside the price, what is billed on top, and how a cancellation is settled.

Quoted fare

A fixed amount for the named route and vehicle class, covering fuel, driver time, and tolls on public roads along the agreed itinerary. Nothing is added after arrival unless a rule below applies.

Waiting allowance

30 minutes free at the pickup address and 15 minutes at each intermediate stop. Beyond that, waiting is billed at UAH 320 per started hour.

Extra stops

An unplanned stop inside the city limits costs UAH 250. A stop that adds distance is re-quoted before the driver continues, so you approve the new figure first.

Night departures

Pickups scheduled between 22:00 and 06:00 carry a night supplement of 10% on the quoted fare. The supplement appears on the confirmation, never on the final invoice.

Luggage

Two standard cases per passenger travel at no extra cost. Additional bulky items, skis, or a folded pushchair require a larger vehicle class, agreed in advance at the quoted class rate.

Vehicle substitution

A substitute is only ever the same class or higher, at no increase to the known charge. A lower class is offered solely with your written agreement and a revised quote.

Cancellation

Free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours, 50% of the fare is retained; a no-show at the pickup point is billed in full.

Payment

UAH by card or bank transfer, settled before departure. Companies may request an invoice with the EDRPOU code supplied at booking.
