Terms of Service

These terms govern use of sustainwablebluerprint.com and chauffeur-driven transport bookings made through it.

1. Provider

2. Service and limits

We arrange pre-booked transport with a professional driver, who drives the agreed route only and is not a guide, courier or loader. Extra stops and waiting time may be charged. Passenger, child-seat and luggage limits are those shown for the chosen vehicle class; we may refuse carriage if limits are exceeded or carriage would be unsafe or unlawful.

3. Quotes and payment

Prices on the website are indicative until a quote, vehicle class and availability are confirmed in writing by email; a booking exists only after that confirmation. Payment terms, currency and taxes are stated in the confirmed quote. Consumer, price and service information is provided under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Protection".

4. Cancellation

Cancel or change a confirmed booking in writing to contact@sustainwablebluerprint.com. The terms confirmed with your quote apply; without agreed terms, cancellations under 24 hours before pickup may be charged in full.

5. Liability

We are liable for direct loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for delays from traffic, weather or security measures, or for items left in the vehicle. Liability that cannot be limited by consumer law is not excluded.

6. Website use

Do not misuse the website or submit false booking data. Website, payment, cancellation and dispute terms are published under the e-commerce law cited above.

7. Personal data

We process personal data to handle bookings and meet legal duties. Legal basis, retention and your rights are set out in our Privacy Notice under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection".

8. Complaints

Consumer information is also available in Ukrainian under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language". Write to contact@sustainwablebluerprint.com or +380 688 224 2017; we reply within 30 days and resolve disputes under consumer law.
