Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Pricing, fees, waiting time, cancellation, refunds and changes due to curfews, martial law, checkpoints or security restrictions.

1. Service and price

The service, the total price in UAH and all mandatory fees are shown before ordering (Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII “On Electronic Commerce”; Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII “On Consumer Protection”).

2. Booking and waiting time

A booking is confirmed in writing with the service, price and cancellation terms. Included waiting time and any extra waiting, mileage or toll fees are disclosed before you order.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel at contact@sustainwablebluerprint.com or +380 688 224 2017. Unless your confirmation states otherwise: free up to 24 hours before the start; 50% for 24–2 hours; 100% for under 2 hours or no-show. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days; incurred disclosed third-party charges may be deducted (Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII; Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII).

4. Safety restrictions and changes

We may reschedule or cancel for curfews, martial law, checkpoints, air-raid alerts or security restrictions, and will offer another time, a substitute service or a refund for the unperformed part.

5. Claims and complaints

Email your booking number and claim to contact@sustainwablebluerprint.com; we reply within 10 business days. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

6. Data, cookies and language

Booking data is processed to perform the contract; your rights are in our Privacy Policy. Non-essential cookies need prior consent (Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI “On Personal Data Protection”; Law of Ukraine No. 1959-IX “On Electronic Communications”).
